Welcome to FEAST Tulchan, our restaurant rooted firmly within the Estate. Closely following the rhythm of the seasons, if it has been reared, grown, harvested, farmed or foraged on Tulchan, expect to see it headlining the FEAST menu throughout the year.

As the name may suggest, we serve FEAST style; large sharing plates, plenty of sides and a selection of mains for a set price. No menu – let us know of any dietary requirements when you book, then all you have to do is arrive, and let us surprise you with inspirational creations from the kitchen, with the Estate as the star.

We don’t publish our weekly changing menus in advance, leaving creativity to roam free-range in the kitchen until the last minute, but some dishes that might feature on a springtime menu may include;

Spring

From The Garden & Greenhouse:

🢒 Scottish Asparagus with shallot & caper vinaigrette
🢒 Chargrilled purple sprouting broccoli, romesco sauce, parmesan, lemon & parsley
🢒 Shallot and rosemary tart with pickled carrot, tarragon & hazelnut salad
🢒 Smashed cucumbers with ginger & soy sauce
🢒 Harissa roasted cauliflower, with pickled & raw cauliflower, Tahini dressing

From The Land:

🢒 Haunch of venison, roasted red onion, salsa verde & potato gratin
🢒 Pheasant Dopiaza, spiced chickpeas & brown rice
🢒 Bavette Tagliata, oregano, cherry tomatoes & rocket
🢒 House-smoked pork belly, duck fat carrot puree & kale crisps

From The Loch:

🢒 Smoked Trout, new season potatoes, Crème Fraiche, lemon & parsley dressing

For Dessert:

🢒 Saffron, almond and sultana bread & butter pudding with miso caramel gelato & rhubarb compote

Please be aware these are examples of what might be served FEAST style. Dietary requirements can be accommodated if we are notified in advance. From March 2026, the menu is priced at £55 per head with concessions for children under age 12.
