We are incredibly lucky to have a wonderful larder of seasonal, sustainable ingredients on the Estate, whether farmed, grown, foraged or from the land and loch. Members and guests to the Estate are able to enjoy the fruits of the labour of our Head Chef, Ollie Wilson, and his team and from May, you will be able to take Tulchan’s ingredients home in a monthly subscription meat box. Made up of a selection of prime and every day cuts, the boxes may contain beef, lamb, hoggat, venison or other game as well as recipe suggestions from Ollie and his team. The box will contain whatever is freshly available from the Estate and will contain enough to provide 14 dinners for two people. It will all be fresh allowing you to freeze it as you wish.

Initially boxes will be on a set date collection-basis from the estate, progressing to a delivery service later on. In addition, when seasonal availability allows, we may offer you a selection of other estate favourites, including garden vegetables, freshly laid eggs and honey from our own bees. These will be available to buy when you come to collect your box.

The monthly subscription (£67.50) will be on a rolling basis following an initial three month order. To sign up for the service, please fill in the form below.
