Fine food and wine
Food at Tulchan should be one of the highlights of any stay, our chefs using the finest traditional, local, seasonal produce to create modern, exciting dishes.
Our aim is to produce food that truly reflects the estate’s location; Aberdeen Angus beef and heather-fed Blackface lamb from our home farm; wild Tulchan venison; game from the estate; a wonderful selection of vegetables, salad leaves, herbs and soft fruits from our own kitchen garden, picked each morning; fresh fish and seafood from the Moray coast – all regularly used in creating the bespoke menu for each party. Coupled with speciality foods from hand-picked suppliers, our chefs have the finest produce to work with, prepare and serve throughout the year, menus changing to reflect the best foods the seasons have to offer.
Allergies and special dietary requirements can be catered for given reasonable notice.
We have a notable and extensive wine list, providing a comprehensive choice to match our menus.
Food is served at the Lodge and delivered to holiday cottages and fishing huts, depending on your preference. Barbeques on the beats can also be arranged with prior notice.
Please contact the estate office for sample menus and prices.
